- Please give yourself enough time to fully enjoy YOUR yoga experience with us. With this in mind we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class begins to sign in and setup your space.
- If you have to arrive a bit late or leave a bit early just let the instructor know so they don’t take it to heart.
- H2O… H2O… H2O… please make sure you drink it before, during, and after your class as needed.
- We love our sanctuary here at Kate Yoga… please turn off all cell phones while in class.
